Return & Refund Policy: 

  1.  No return policy available on food product and pet medication product. 
  2. There is 5 days return policy available for pet accessories if the product broken while shipping. The costumer have to provide the proof in form of video. The product will be replaced. Refund will not provide for the same.
  3. No return policy on service booking. Any service booking that can be cancelled before 48 hours. If not no refund will be provided to customer. 
  4. If you does not like the products( pet accessories) then you can send or visit our store for replacement. The replacement from doorstep will take 5-7 days time.
  5. In case our company agreed for the refund, the the process will take 15 working days to complete. 
  6. Shipping charge or delivery charge is not refundable.
